When you place an order we collect the details you give us: your name, phone number, email address, delivery address details (entrance, apartment, floor), the contact details of the person receiving the order, your order items and any notes or gift messages you add.

If you submit kind words, we collect the name and note you provide. Nothing is published unless we approve it first.

Card payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number — Stripe handles the payment and tells us only whether it succeeded, failed or was refunded.

We use it to bake, confirm, deliver and follow up on your order, to send order confirmations and updates, and to answer questions you send us by WhatsApp, phone or email.

We do not sell your information, and we do not send marketing you did not ask for.

We share information only with the services needed to run the bakery — our payment processor, email delivery provider and hosting provider — and only as needed to complete your order, or where required by law.

We keep order records for as long as needed to run the business and meet bookkeeping obligations. You can ask us to correct or delete your details at any time.

The site uses only what is needed to work — for example remembering your basket and keeping you signed in. We do not use advertising trackers.
